Terms of Use

The service

RaidSync is a companion app for co-op extraction shooter players. A squad of 2 to 4 people shares, in real time, the items each member is looking for. Joining a squad needs no account — a nickname and a 6-character squad code are enough. Creating and managing a squad requires a free creator account (email and password, or Google sign-in).

Legal notice — who operates this service

  • Operator: Kortan
  • Contact: form link
  • Country of operation: Switzerland

RaidSync is developed by Kortan. All game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Creator accounts

  • A creator account is personal: you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done from your account.
  • Creator rights (Premium, Discord, member management, squad deletion) are tied to that account, not to a device or a locally stored token.
  • If you forget your password, use the reset link on the sign-in page; the reset email is sent to your account address.
  • One active squad per creator account.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase Premium.

Premium

  • Premium unlocks Discord notifications and squad management for the whole squad.
  • Premium is a single one-time payment of $4.99 USD, handled by Stripe. There is no subscription, no renewal and nothing to cancel.
  • Premium is tied to your account, not to a specific squad. If you delete your squad and create a new one, Premium carries over automatically. Deleting your account removes Premium permanently, along with all your other data.
  • If a payment is refunded or reversed (including a chargeback), Premium is switched off for that account.
  • Before paying, you explicitly agree to immediate access to Premium and waive your 14-day right of withdrawal for this digital content, as permitted under EU consumer law for digital services.
  • Only the squad creator — the signed-in account that owns the squad — can purchase Premium.

Liability

RaidSync is provided "as is", without any guarantee of continuous availability, accuracy or data preservation. It is a convenience tool for a game; do not rely on it for anything critical. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the app.

Acceptable use

  • Do not abuse the Discord webhook feature (spam, flooding a channel, or pointing it at a server you do not control).
  • Do not put illegal, hateful or harassing content in nicknames, squad names or item names.
  • Do not try to break, overload or scrape the service.

Squads that break these rules can be removed without notice.
